Return Policy.

1. EU Returns.

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, with their original labels and all packaging and you'll need to provide us with the receipt or proof of purchase. No merchandise that has been worn or is used or damaged will be accepted for return. If these conditions are not met, Portraits de Famille reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. In such circumstances, the item will be returned to you. Socks and items purchased with gift cards fall under non-returnable items.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@portraitsdefamille.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


2. International Returns.

Returns can be made within 14 days of delivery only in case the purchased item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. No merchandise that has been worn or is used or further damaged will be accepted for return. If these conditions are not met, Portraits de Famille reserves the right to refuse the return and refund. 3. Defective or Damaged Items.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.


4. Exchanges.

We do not offer exchanges, however the fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


5. Refunds.

The refund includes all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from you choosing a shipping method other than the cheapest standard shipping option offered by us). However, you are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item(s). Duties and customs paid for the returned item(s) are considered non-refundable. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a duties/customs refund. We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to a package during its return shipment.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not by our quality department. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 -15 business days. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your return and you have not gotten your refund, please contact us at contact@portraitsdefamille.com.
